Specialising in fitness, you will be responsible for making sure consumers are picking up Red Bull in the gym, as part of their fitness routine. You will identify, target, win, manage, and nurture relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull looks like the number one choice in every gym, encouraging trial of Red Bull, and helping Red Bull to become the number one energy drink in fitness.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Building a fitness database in your region that fits Red Bull's priorities and regional priorities, identifying opportunities to drive availability of Red Bull, and winning new accounts.
  • Establishing effective joint working relationships with key people both internally and externally, including regular reviews with key stakeholders, thinking smarter with contacts, and utilising those in the fitness scene to create brand awareness and education.
  • Building a regional strategy that will grow distribution in fitness outlets in your region, ensuring the strategy complements the sports strategy as set by the National Sales Manager, while taking advantage of local trends and opportunities.
  • Managing multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level, building joint business plans to unlock new distribution.
  • Possessing passion and experience in the fitness industry, understanding the type of venues you will be working with, and how they operate.
  • Having a track record in achieving targets.
  • Skills that will help you become a great seller: communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Travel 80-90%.
