We offer a competitive salary: £34,000 on target earnings, plus commission, discounts, buy-in schemes, progression opportunities, and enhanced wellbeing benefits including maternity and paternity pay. This includes:

  • A positive environment within the store where everyone shares best practices and has fun.
  • Motivating and inspiring all valued dreamers.
  • Managing the store rota to ensure the right people work at the right times.
  • Walking the floor regularly to ensure high store standards consistently.
