Salary and Benefits

Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve sales targets, maintaining high store standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Coaching and training team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
