About the Position
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Dreams Ltd in Lancaster. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the store to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in retail or commercial sales, you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the sales team to achieve set goals and targets through effective coaching and training.
  • Driving a positive environment within the store, ensuring regular involvement in business initiatives and best practice sharing.
  • Managing the store rota to ensure the right people are working at the right times.
