About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Dreams Ltd as a Sales and Operations Manager, leading our retail team in Lancaster. As a seasoned professional with strong management skills, you will be responsible for driving team engagement, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead your team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Manage and motivate your team to increase sales and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive a positive environment within your store, ensuring you and your team are regularly involved in business initiatives, sharing best practice, and having fun.
- Manage the store rota to ensure we have the right people working at the right times.
- Walk the floor regularly, ensuring store standards are consistently high so every customer has an exceptional experience.
Requirements:
- You will be highly experienced at working to performance targets and motivated to achieve results for you and your team.
- Previous retail or commercial sales experience will demonstrate your strong track record of store and team management.
