We are seeking an experienced Clinical CBT Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality mental health services.
Job DescriptionAs a Clinical CBT Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children and young people (CYP) who require CBT services. You will work collaboratively with education staff and other professionals to develop treatment plans and ensure seamless delivery of care.
Our team uses a hybrid model, offering support both face-to-face and virtually to education staff, CYP, and their families. We value diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
Requirements- Postgraduate diploma in CBT and accreditation with BABCP
- Experience working in primary care services and CYP IAPT informed services
- Ability to work collaboratively with education staff and other professionals
Estimated salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum pro rata.
