Mental Health Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Specialist to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner within our Mental Health Support Teams in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering low-intensity CBT interventions, conducting assessments, and providing individual and group therapy to students dealing with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

About the Position
  • Deliver low-intensity CBT interventions to students and educational staff.
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy to students dealing with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Work closely with education staff, families, and carers to create a supportive and inclusive mental health framework.
Requirements
  • Low Intensity Supervisor training qualification or willingness to attend this at the earliest available opportunity.
  • EMHP Post Graduate Certificate or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience of providing supervision to low-intensity practitioners.
  • Registered with the BABCP or BPS as an EMHP or applied for this.

The estimated salary for this position is £39,437 - £45,368 per annum, depending on experience.
