Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our dedicated teams as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner within our Mental Health Support Teams in Lincolnshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a crucial role in promoting and supporting mental health within educational settings, working closely with education staff, families, and carers to create a supportive and inclusive mental health framework.

About the Role
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mental health practitioners within educational settings.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of a range of Whole School Approach activities within education settings.
  • Develop and implement mental health programs and interventions tailored to the unique needs of students and educational staff.
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy to students dealing with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Key Requirements
  • Certified Low Intensity Supervisor training qualification or willingness to attend this at the earliest available opportunity.
  • EMHP Post Graduate Certificate or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience of providing supervision to low-intensity practitioners.
  • Registered with the BABCP or BPS as an EMHP or applied for this.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,692 - £44,036 per annum, depending on experience.
