Job Responsibilities

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and cognitive behavioral therapy for children and young people experiencing mental health problems.

You will work closely with education staff, families, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of services, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, very well organized, and able to travel across Lincolnshire as needed to provide services.

A competitive salary of £48,000-£62,000 per annum is available, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits including childcare vouchers, free eye tests, and discounts on major high street retailers and restaurants.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate diploma in CBT and Accreditation with BABCP
  • Professional qualification as Clinical Psychologist, Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or psychological therapist
  • Experience of working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist, Nurse, Social Worker, OT, or psychological therapist
  • Experience of working in Primary Care Services
  • Worked in a service where agreed targets in place demonstrating clinical outcomes
