This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Exams Quality Team. As Examination and Committee Coordinator, you will provide high-quality support to our exam committee meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating committee meetings, both in-person and online, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Preparing agendas, sourcing papers, and circulating timely information to committee members.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including updates to our CRM and website.
  • Managing examiner recruitment materials and serving as the primary point of contact for applicants.
  • Supporting examiners with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Evaluating and enhancing our examiner appreciation program.
