Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team at VF Corporation. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and customer service in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team to drive sales and profitability
  • Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure all retail operation standards are met
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected
  • Monitor and understand store KPIs and contribute to achieving them

Requirements

  • You have a passion for interacting with people and setting a great example for the team
  • You can create a supportive and fun environment that delivers exceptional customer service
  • You have experience in opening and closing a store and taking responsibility when necessary
  • You have a background in retail, preferably with fashion or lifestyle experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • You are flexible with working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
