Job Description
">This exciting opportunity involves managing our client base, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on these.
- Sourcing and introducing new clients to our services, expanding our reach and improving our market position.
- Following up on sales and marketing leads, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to the team.
- Acting professionally, maintaining confidentiality, security, and a positive attitude at all times, reflecting positively on the company.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures, adhering to best practices.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Documenting information relevant to customers, sites, and the Group, stored securely in accordance with Procedures.
- Maintaining and enhancing personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the role, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Implementing and upholding Group Policies and procedures in all work activities, providing feedback on perceived risks, issues, and potential improvements.
Salary Information
">We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This package also includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- At least 3 years' experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
