This exciting opportunity involves managing our client base, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on these.
  • Sourcing and introducing new clients to our services, expanding our reach and improving our market position.
  • Following up on sales and marketing leads, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to the team.
  • Acting professionally, maintaining confidentiality, security, and a positive attitude at all times, reflecting positively on the company.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures, adhering to best practices.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Documenting information relevant to customers, sites, and the Group, stored securely in accordance with Procedures.
  • Maintaining and enhancing personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the role, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Implementing and upholding Group Policies and procedures in all work activities, providing feedback on perceived risks, issues, and potential improvements.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This package also includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
