We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team in North Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's Quality & Environmental programme, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Our client is a leading multinational materials manufacturer with a strong international brand presence. They have seen significant growth over the past two years and are looking to expand their operations further.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage and motivate a team of quality professionals to achieve high performance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
