Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our healthcare team in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques
  • Proficient understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
