We are seeking a Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in Gloucester, providing high-quality patient care and assessing patient needs. As a key member of our nursing team, you will administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Salary:

£20/hour (Monday to Friday), £25/hour (Saturday), £30/hour (Sundays and Bank Holidays). Weekly pay.

About the Role:

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families. Collaboration with physicians and specialists is essential to coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough health status and needs assessments.
  2. Develop and implement personalized care strategies.
  3. Offer patient education and support on health management and treatment options.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient care coordination.
  5. Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

This role requires empathy, compassion, and strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques.
