About the Role

The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Supervision: Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.
  2. Systems Engineering: Serve as a recognized authority in analyzing information requirements, analytically evaluate problems, and develop corrective action.
  3. Design and Implementation: Design and implement computer systems, software, and networks, ensuring system hardware and software are compatible and capable of required performance metrics.
  4. System Requirements: Define complex system requirements, determining system specifications, processes, and working parameters.
  5. Technical Skills: Demonstrate managerial and supervisory skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical or scientific field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in systems engineering.
