We're seeking a confident, target-driven recruiter to join our client's sales team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business by promoting and selling the Flexi-Job Apprenticeship solution to employers and organisations across England.

You'll work remotely with occasional field visits, meeting clients both virtually and in person to expand your business territory. Our client is a leading training provider, celebrated for their excellence in the training sector, having been awarded 'Best Training Provider for 2024/25' by Rate My Apprenticeship, along with other accolades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business by promoting Flexi-Job Apprenticeships to employers
  • Support the client throughout the recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and role fulfilment
  • Use CRM and other systems to manage client interactions and track progress
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in securing new business and client engagement
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with senior decision-makers
  • Proactive, target-driven, and motivated to achieve results
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings (access to a car is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience in selling recruitment services or similar solutions
