Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business sales through warm and cold calling, pitching to businesses the prospect of having modern apprentices within their business or buying accredited corporate training courses for their existing staff to undertake.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate new business sales through warm and cold calling
- Pitch to businesses the prospect of having modern apprentices within their business or buying accredited corporate training courses
- Research and source your own leads and target businesses and decision makers in specific sectors
- Build your prospects and account base, with the potential to evolve into account management
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and exceed expectations
- Starting basic salary of circa £26,000
- High OTE potential, with achievers earning between £5000 - £20,000 and above within a 3 year period
- Full-time permanent position
- Opportunity to progress into account management
