Business Development Manager

Agenda Partnership is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team and support the growth of their Scotland and North East England territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in negotiating and agreeing commercial terms. They will be responsible for acquiring new customers, supporting existing customers, and selling new products to the customer base.
The role will involve communicating the company's values and how their products can benefit customers. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from account activation to delivering on-site training and generating new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management and relationship development with existing customers
- Generating new customers through direct sales, referrals, and commercial awareness
- Delivering engaging presentations to inspire and educate customers on the benefits of new products and services
Requirements:
- A full and clean driving license
- Experience in negotiating and agreeing commercial terms
- Prior new business development experience, including the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
