Job Summary

The Staffordshire Police is seeking a Multi-Faith Chaplain to provide spiritual support to its officers, staff, and volunteers. The successful candidate will be a befrienders who can offer a safe and secure listening ear, respecting the diverse nature of the police service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual support to officers, staff, and volunteers
  • Recognize and respect the diverse nature of the police service
  • Build bridges of understanding between communities and the police

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to equality and diversity.
