Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing facilities support and services to internal customers
  • Managing and monitoring operational FM services
  • Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Managing site-related risks and supporting business continuity activities
  • Coordinating capital projects and managing small projects independently
  • Administering facilities tasks, including soliciting quotes, verifying invoices, and creating purchase orders
  • Managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers
  • Performing building audits and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Tracking maintenance services, asset renewal, and spare parts availability
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Managing stock and stores of facility & office supplies
  • Supporting the Quality Department in compliance with management standards

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
