Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior recruiters, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing candidate profiles.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Provide administrative support to senior recruiters.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Prepare and format candidate profiles to a professional standard.
- Update and maintain CRM system with client and candidate information.
- Support lead generation and follow up on client inquiries.
- Conduct market research to assist recruiters with hiring trends and insights.
- Organize recruitment documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Monitor job boards and ensure job postings are up-to-date.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role (recruitment industry experience is a bonus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.

An estimated annual salary range of £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
