**Job Summary**

Expleo Group UK Jobs is seeking an experienced Automotive Passive Safety Engineer to join our client's research and development facility in the UK. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the passive safety performance of our client's vehicles meets the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct safety performance planning and analysis of CAE and physical test results
  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop safe and efficient vehicle systems
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including simulation and testing
  • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant degree in a field such as mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in passive safety performance, safety restraints systems, body engineering, or electrical architecture and systems
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including those related to crash testing
  • Experience with automotive simulation and analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
