Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Passive Safety Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Passive Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our clients' vehicles through the design and implementation of passive safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop passive safety systems for automotive clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety systems meet regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in passive safety engineering
  • Strong understanding of automotive safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
