Job Description:

This key role is responsible for leading the production delivery at the Skipton site. The successful candidate will operate as a member of the Site Leadership Team, driving commercial benefits within the wider Dechra strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routinely apply One Dechra Production System (ODPS) methodology to optimize people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
  • Lead by example, ensuring Dechra values and 'ways of working' are consistently applied.
  • 'Build a great place to work' through engagement, motivation, communication, recognition, and valuing employee contributions.
  • Train and develop staff to build capability, competency, flexibility, and ownership in the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise, experience, and performance delivery in manufacturing, process, filling, and packing operations within highly regulated production environments.
  • Experience working within a GMP environment.
  • An operational background with an understanding of production, engineering, facilities, technical, and quality assurance, control & compliance departments.
  • Able to demonstrate commercial and business acumen.
  • Knowledge of process application, equipment, and integrated business systems approaches.
