Job Title: Group Head of Sales

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to lead our commercial efforts as Group Head of Sales. This is a brand-new role, presenting an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company.

Job Summary: We seek a highly experienced sales leader to develop and oversee all aspects of sales & commercial partnerships, driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and lead sales strategy to support business growth, identifying key customer sectors, jurisdictions, and commercial opportunities.
  • Structure, equip, and resource the sales function for optimal performance.
  • Lead a team of 10+ high-performing sales professionals, escalating and decision-making as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to set and refine pricing strategies across product sets and customer sectors.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class sales processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding and in-life customer experience.
  • Assess individual, team, and business performance using frameworks for target setting, KPIs, revenue tracking, and commissions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales experience, with a focus on setting and delivering sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and implementing operational best practices.
  • Advanced understanding and use of CRM systems (HubSpot) and MI reporting tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen and adaptability to understand opportunities and revenue levers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • A personal network to open doors and win new business in key verticals.

Salary Range: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
