Job Description

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development of our consumer IoT devices and platforms at Sky. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality of the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, development, and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with our device manufacturers to ensure firmware designs and integrations meet business requirements and NFRs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading product development teams and overseeing the development process.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and DevOps.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud networking.
  • Proficient in modern programming languages across the stack (e.g., Java, Ruby, Kotlin, Swift, Python, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work closely with various teams, ensuring cohesive and optimized solutions.
  • Passion for mentoring junior architects, fostering their development, and enhancing the team's overall skill set.
Salary and Benefits
