Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our team at Epson and Stelier University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of healthcare assistants, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of healthcare assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate the preparation of laboratory equipment and materials, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Support the diagnosis of diseases through the examination of tissues, working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare assistants, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A good general education, including basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Significant experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, inspiring them to achieve their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
