Join Our Team

We are looking for a Specifications and Quality Assurance Lead to join our Product Development team at Anonymous, a well-established Food Manufacturing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, writing, and maintaining specifications, assisting in the New Product Development (NPD) process, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and maintain specifications for products.
  • Assist in the NPD process, ensuring specifications meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of food legislation, allergens, artwork approvals, and food labelling.
  • Compose accurate and legal ingredient declarations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science or technology.
  • Strong understanding of food legislation, allergens, and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
