Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Huntress. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our Head of HR and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Employee Engagement: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, and design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics to the Head of HR and other stakeholders on HR-related metrics and trends.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
