Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled GRP Deck Fitter to join our team at Virtual Human Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing GRP components, fitting cleats, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting cleats and other GRP components
• Installing teak decking and other marine-grade materials
• Cutting and fitting GRP components to exact specifications
• Fitting glass and other marine-grade materials
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience in GRP deck fitting and installation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
