Senior EICA Engineer Position

About the Role:
- As a Senior or Principal EICA Engineer at MWH Treatment, you will be responsible for leading the engineering design process, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process, producing high-quality documents and drawings that adhere to project specifications and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Develop, maintain, and improve procedures to enhance departmental performance and growth.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records and files throughout contracts.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment, fostering collaboration, and promoting employee development.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in water and sewage treatment engineering.
- Proven experience in managing/motivating teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Chartered or near-chartered status with a professional institution.
- Able to develop creative solutions and optimize plant layouts for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and project management aspects of water treatment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
