About the Role

As a 3rd Line Azure Engineer, you'll be the technical lead for our team, responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Azure-related issues. You'll work closely with our Service Desk Engineers to identify and resolve complex technical problems, and collaborate with our development team to implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Azure-related projects and initiatives
  • Act as a escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technical expertise in Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
