Job Title: Azure Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Microsoft Azure technical specialist to join our growing delivery team. This role is perfect for someone seeking a challenging position with ample opportunity for career growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with Microsoft projects in Microsoft 365 and Azure, supporting existing customers with support-related incidents, and supporting project delivery with strict deadlines to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure, and will be comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Microsoft projects in Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Support existing customers with support-related incidents
  • Support project delivery with strict deadlines to clients
  • Identify sales opportunities and report them to the sales team
  • Accurately log both project delivery and support time in a time management system
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT
  • Experience supporting Office 365 environments
  • Microsoft Cloud experience would be beneficial
  • Updating/Upgrading environments
  • Basic Networking: wireless, switching, firewalls
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 Security
