In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our speech and language data operations. Your responsibilities will encompass managing daily tasks, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Performance Management: Oversee day-to-day job assignments, monitor performance metrics such as adherence to schedules, volume of work completed, and data quality.
