About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Curriculum Manager to join our team at City and Islington College. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Access to HE and Higher Education provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of teaching staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to increase Access to HE provision and drive student success.
  • Design and deliver courses that enable adults to achieve Access and HE qualifications, with a focus on academic excellence and student engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students, with a focus on student outcomes and achievement.
  • Support students effectively in all aspects of their learning, including attendance, progress, and well-being.
  • Manage resources to successfully deliver an outstanding curriculum, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
  • You will have previous experience of leading a team and a track record of achieving results above national benchmarks.
  • You will have demonstrable experience of teaching related courses and a strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation.
  • Your lesson observation feedback will be consistently very good or outstanding, with a focus on student learning and achievement.
