About the Role
The Learning Manager will provide strategic leadership and support to the college's curriculum development and delivery. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality curriculum programs that meet the needs of students and employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of curriculum programs that align with industry needs and national education policy.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that promote student engagement and achievement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers to ensure that curriculum programs meet their needs.
- Provide leadership and support to teaching staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Manage and coordinate the college's curriculum development and delivery processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention and achievement.
- Collaborate with other college departments to ensure that curriculum programs align with the college's overall strategic goals.
- Stay up-to-date with national education policy and industry trends to ensure that curriculum programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
- Master's degree in education or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and delivery.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other college departments.
- Knowledge of national education policy and industry trends.
