Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of SEND teaching and learning strategies across the organization.
- Manage and develop a team of staff teaching on foundation programs, ensuring high-quality provision and resource utilization.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the foundation curriculum, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards.
- Implement quality assurance and improvement processes, adhering to internal and external requirements.
- Utilize data to monitor, evaluate, and plan improvements in SEND provision.
- Foster innovation, including the use of new technologies and embedding equality and diversity within the curriculum.
- Oversee curriculum timetable management and implementation.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
- Full teaching qualification at level 5 or above (SEND).
- Level 4 in Management in Education.
- Outstanding planning and delivery of teaching and learning.
- Experience coordinating SEND provision for young people and adults.
- Leadership experience and knowledge of internal quality assurance processes.
- Understanding of safeguarding and ensuring the safety of young people and adults.
