Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as Director of Staffing. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading our team of recruiters, driving growth, and improving service provision. If you have a proven track record of achieving team target goals, growing out a team, and increasing the number of hours across the team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our team of recruiters to ensure KPIs and growth targets are met.
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiencies and drive growth.
  • Manage the team through regular meetings, training, and coaching.
  • Develop and implement new sourcing ideas and methods to maximize candidate outreach.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a Temp team in Healthcare Recruitment with a strong track record of achieving team target goals.
  • Proven track record of growing out a team, increasing the number of hours across the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Desirable: experience of using Salesforce.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and switched-on, with a passion for expansion, growth, and quality.
  • Good commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
