Job Title: Estate Agency Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agency Manager to lead our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our estate agency, working closely with our Managing Director to drive success across our portfolio of properties.

Main Responsibilities:

* Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
* Attend and instruct lettings valuations
* Oversee an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
* Train, lead and mentor a team to achieve high standards
* Foster a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
* Review, analyse and improve processes and procedures where necessary to optimise team and business performance

Requirements:

* Strong lettings and branch management experience
* Established presence in the Liverpool property market
* Ability to drive revenue and lead a team to achieve high standards
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
