**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Change Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the projects team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers for project materials and services.
- Order and manage project-related supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and send purchase orders, invoices, and other project-related documents.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
- Assist in the preparation and uploading of project documentation, including manuals and reports.
- Support the preparation of project work packs and other project-related materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support project delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to identify potential issues.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary in the range of £26k - £29k.
- A full-time position with flexible working hours within core hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm.
