About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Homecare Branch in Eccles, Salford, Greater Manchester.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running a successful branch and a strong understanding of CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to older adults in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a good rating.
  • Collaborate with the regional team and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement within the branch.

Requirements

  • Car driver essential.
  • Must be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in the Domiciliary Home Care sector.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent working knowledge of CQC requirements and a commitment to maintaining a good rating.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care services.
