The Job DescriptionIn this critical role, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of repair and maintenance works, working closely with various departments and external partners to address operational and customer concerns.
As an expert in your area, you will provide specialized guidance to Network Customer Service Advisors on repair and maintenance works and re-instatement activities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities- Plan and schedule repair and reinstatement tasks
- Liaise with functions across the organization to resolve their queries and enhance collaboration
- Address customer inquiries related to the Repair and Maintenance department
- Coordinate communication with internal and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of repair and maintenance works
- Assist the operational team during incidents affecting customer water supplies by keeping customers informed
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations team to resolve customer complaints efficiently
- You possess prior experience in dealing with customers via phone and have worked in a planning and scheduling capacity
- You excel at prioritizing tasks and making informed decisions within established frameworks
- You remain composed under pressure, adapting to changing business and customer demands
