We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Programme Manager Homologation/Certification to join our team at Forseven. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.
As a Lead Programme Manager Homologation/Certification, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and operational management of certification and type approval activities for Forseven across its vehicle programmes in global markets. This includes Europe, North America, Gulf States, and China.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership to the team in programme/project management.
- Champion departmental risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand Homologation critical paths, managing the delivery of work using agility and appropriate mitigations.
- Lead the development of timing and dependencies across programme and product lifecycle planning, providing credible timing plans supporting the main programme objectives.
- Train, coach, and mentor junior members of the team in line with the development targets set, in agreement with the Head of Homologation.
- Experience in vehicle certification, legislation, design, or testing.
- Experience in an appropriate technical position within the motor vehicle industry.
- Diligent and detail-focused.
- Strong communicator and empathetic.
- Agile and energized working in a start-up environment.
