Lead Programme Manager Homologation/Certification

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Homologation and Certification team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles meet the necessary regulatory requirements for global markets.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle certification, legislation, design, or testing, and will be able to provide technical leadership to the team. You will be responsible for championing departmental risks and opportunities, and will work closely with stakeholders to understand critical paths and manage the delivery of work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership to the team in programme/project management
- Championing departmental risks and opportunities
- Liaising with stakeholders to understand Homologation critical paths and managing the delivery of work
- Leading the development of timing and dependencies across programme and product lifecycle planning
- Training, coaching, and mentoring junior members of the team
