Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand Homologation critical paths, managing the delivery of work using agility and appropriate mitigations.
- Lead the development of timing and dependencies across programme and product lifecycle planning, providing credible timing plans supporting the main programme objectives.
- Operational management of staff and resourcing against project deliverables.
- Manage the delivery of Homologation and Certification.
- To be the vehicle programme point of contact, enabling cross-functional communication of timing, opportunity, and risk, resourcing, and budget.
- Plan project delivery, mapping, and tracking cross-functional dependencies.
Requirements:
- Experience in vehicle certification, legislation, design, or testing.
- Experience in an appropriate technical position within the motor vehicle industry.
- Diligent and detail-focused.
- Strong communicator and empathetic.
- Agile and energized working in a start-up environment.
