Job Title: Support Worker

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans, promoting independence and choice
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, building strong relationships with service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Participate in community activities, promoting social inclusion and engagement

Requirements
