About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Autism department at a well-run secondary school in East Dulwich. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with Autism and other Special Needs, and will be able to work effectively with teaching staff to deliver individualised support plans.

The ideal candidate will have a calm and resilient approach to supporting children with profound Special Needs and will be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised support plans and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. The salary for this role is £85-£100 per day.
