Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of Xerox Production Printers. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be required to resolve technical hardware and software problems, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring total satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service and support for Xerox Production Printers, including repairs, retrofits, and maintenance activities.
  • Install and deinstall Xerox Production Printers, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Escalate technical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Identify and communicate additional business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in a field-based service role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Electrical skills and qualifications, with knowledge of diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
