The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable young people and a strong understanding of the challenges they face. You will be responsible for building trusting relationships, delivering support sessions, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to young people, tailored to their individual needs and goals
  • Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement support plans
  • Identifying and addressing signs of risk or harm, and taking appropriate action
  • Supporting young people in managing their living environment and accessing essential services
  • Contributing to team meetings, supervisions, and training sessions

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience working with young people in a community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable young people
